  • Wide range of AC-DC subfractional HP gearmotors, with customized solutions, options and accessories for the most exacting  customer needs.
  • The gears are liberally dimensioned and the  largest boxes are of robust die-cast construction in order to ensure a long operating life
  • The motor may be ac or dc at your choice. The ac motor  is either for continuos or for intermittent service. In the latter case  it is normally provided with thermal protector.
  • As an optional feature you can have the motor with a clutched electromechanical brake with the possibility of manual disengagement.
  • Clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the output shaft must be asked for when you place your order for a gearmotor with an ac motor
  • You must also make your choice between the motor placed on the output shaft side of the box or opposite.
  •  A customized output shaft is also possible
  • As an additional option for the gearmotors with die cast metal box, the output shaft can be fixed or extractable.
  • Large range of torque on the output shaft, up to 16 newton metre and large range of speeds starting from less than one RPM to about 300 RPM are available.
  • The standard operating temperature range is wide, between –10 and +50 °C
  • Standard electric connection to motors is by means of faston spade or tag connectors or by means of suitable cables.
  • The winding of the ac motor is also available with one or two taps, so that you can have full or reduced speed of operation.
  • An optional feature is also a small ventilating fan on the motor shaft for additional cooling when temperature or heavy load is an issue.
  • The axial and radial forces applied to the gearmotor shaft should be negligible.when the life is required not to be negatively affected. Should the overhung load not be negligible, please apply to TRIAL for the development of a customized solution.
  • Earth connection on the motor  available on request
  • Our products bear the CE mark and are manufactured  according to EN 60335-1 and RoHS requirements
  • UL/CSA recognition and/or VDE conformity certification are also available upon request.
  • The products listed in this catalogue are intended for operation under supply from an a.c. source with essentially sinusoidal  waveform and null d.c. component.  Any deviation from this situation. e.g. when significant voltage peaks are present or when the d.c. component is significantly different from zero, may involve damages or loss of operation from the product”
